When you make payments on our websites or through our mobile applications, your payment card information is handled with the highest security standards through our payment processor, Payrix.

Tokenization & Secure Processing

We use Payrix PayFields, a tokenization solution that ensures your credit card number and sensitive payment information never passes through or is stored on FieldFlow's servers. When you enter your payment details:

1. Your card information is entered into secure fields hosted directly by Payrix

2. This data is transmitted directly to Payrix's PCI DSS Level 1 compliant servers using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher)

3. Payrix returns a secure token to FieldFlow, which we use to process your payment

4. Only the token—not your actual card details—is stored in our system

This approach significantly reduces the risk of payment data exposure and ensures compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

General Security Measures

While we use industry-standard tokenization and encryption to protect payment information, and employ appropriate security measures for all data we collect, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures or misuse your information.

Your Responsibility

Online access to your personal information is protected with a password you select. We strongly recommend that you:

• Do not share your password with anyone

• Use unique, strong passwords for all of your online accounts

• Use caution when using the Internet and public networks
